CHAI LATTE CUPCAKES
-
ingredients dough
-
Ingredients Quark Cream
-
How it works
What you need for the dough:
- 40g fine oat flakes
- 20g almond flour
- 30g protein powder (e.g. vanilla, cinnamon, etc.)
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp (5g) psyllium husks
- 1 teaspoon baking powder, pinch of salt
- 100ml of water
- 150g fruit (e.g. apple, plum, etc.)
- as needed: sweetener, cinnamon
What you need for the dough:
- 250g low-fat curd cheese
- 5g Chai Latte Collagen
- 1 teaspoon psyllium husks
- sip of water
For the dough, mix all the ingredients together (except the water), then stir in the chopped fruit. Now add about 100ml of water and let the dough rise for about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 160 degrees. Now divide the dough into 8 muffin cases (or a small cake tin) and bake for about 30-40 minutes until the muffins are nice and golden.
For the quark cream, mix all the ingredients together (the psyllium husks give the cream its “creamy” consistency) and add a splash of water until the desired creaminess is achieved.
Tip: These are the ingredients for 8 cupcakes or a small cake. If you want to bake a larger cake, simply double the amount.
